Invicta Health was the Canadian Value Added Agent for a Dutch company, The Patient Safety Company (www.patientsafety.com)  that offers an advanced, clould-based software solution to help health care organizations improve their safety performance for staff and clients and compliance with standards. During that time we developed an expetise in training for this advanced solfware solution.  We now assist in the implentation of this solution through The Patient Safety Company. 

The software helps to engage managers and health professionals across health care enterprises in new conversations about patient and system level improvements, then links professionals' actions to executive and governance reporting systems.  Using our knowledge of health care, our insights into challenges and advanced software and design skills, we focus on the key areas for improvement needed to achieve and sustain great levels of performance from bedside to the boardroom.
